Step 1: Select Your Ad Size
Browse the layouts and choose the ad size and layout that best suits your message and budget. We offer full-page, half-page, and quarter-pages. Consider the space you need to showcase your message and photos effectively. And if you don’t see something you like we’re happy to create a custom ad (FULL PAGE ONLY) for an additional fee. Custom ads have a 15 photo limit.
Step 2: Gather Photos and Message
Collect high-quality (300 dpi) digital photos in JPEG format ONLY that represent who you want to feature. These could be personal portraits, family pictures, group pictures, or images of memorable moments of the school years. Craft a heartfelt message that conveys your thoughts, congratulations, or best wishes. Word count is limited according to the layout chosen.
Step 3: Complete order info and Upload Photos/Message
Head on over to the ordering page and complete the required information. Select your template and size, submit the special message, upload your photos, and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy!
For custom orders: Custom orders are for FULL PAGE orders ONLY. Upload your photos (maximum of 15 photos) and message and we’ll create two designs for you to choose from. These will be emailed to you later.
Step 4: Place Order
Check that your information is correct, place the order and submit payment! And DONE!
Step 5: Review and Approve
This is the fun part for us! We’ll get to work right away crafting your design. Once it’s complete, we’ll email a proof to you for final review.
Carefully check for any errors, typos, or design issues. Ensure that the tribute reflects your intentions accurately. And let us know if you need to make any changes. We’re happy to make 2 or 3 minor tweaks/corrections but deadlines and time constraints don’t allow us to do a complete overhaul.
Step 6: Special Delivery
After your final approval we deliver the tribute directly to your school’s yearbook publishing platform. In other words – we drop it in the book!
Step 7: Sit back, relax, and wait (we know – this is the hard part)
Your school will announce yearbook distribution day. We wish we could be there to see the excitement when when your senior opens the book and discovers the heartfelt message and memories on their special page!
